Jo Winfield Training Day

We are holding another training day with Jo Winfield FBHS  
Tuesday evening  – 5th Sept 
Daytime – Wednesday 6th Sept
at Street Farm Burham , Rochester ME1 3RL

The sessions we held in March went down very well with many Area 10 members benefiting from Jo’s inspiring coaching.
The theme this time is Rider Communication and Psychology

Non riding spectators are also very welcome FREE of charge – those who came last time loved the way she involved them in the coaching sessions.
We are including a brief workshop over lunch – bring your own. Drinks available on site


TREC TRAINING DAYS 2017

A chance to find out more what TREC involves and to practice the skills. TREC is great for developing any horse / rider partnership. In-hand welcome too
Suitable for all including TREC newbies, but also for those wanting a tune up before Chilham TREC in August or TREC Nationals in September!               

Thursday 20th July  4pm – 8pm
Session 1 only, various time slots available

Friday 21st July 10.30am – 2pm approx.. 
Saturday 22nd July 9.30am – 1pm approx.
Street Farm, Burham, Rochester ME1 3RL   [10 mins from J6 M20 / J3 M2]

Session 1 –  Ptv  training / practice  [obstacles] and MA [Control of Paces]
Session 2 –  POR orienteeringoptional add on informal map reading training and practice orienteering [choose how far you want to go, mostly off road plus short sections on road] 

Each day has the same programme – choose one or the other
Times will be emailed out 3 days before

BRC Area 10 members £15 for Session 1 only .   £20 for Sessions 1 & 2
[this day is subsidised by BRC Training Grant]  
Non BRC members £18 for Session 1 only, £22 for Sessions 1 & 2

WESTERN RIDING TRAINING CLINIC   JULY 8TH 2017

10am / 11.30am     Trainer Pauline Brimson
A chance to find out more what Western riding is all about and to practice the skills.
2 groups of up to 3 riders. No Western experience needed. Some saddles available if they fit your horse!

To be held at FALLOWBROOK Western Riding, East Peckham run by David and Pauline Brimson.
Pauline may be known to some members as she used to ride affiliated dressage to Medium, and was a List 4 BD judge. She is now one of a handful of UKCC Level 4 coaches, and the only one specialising in Western riding.
Fallowbrook is based at Crowhurst Farmyard which is OPPOSITE Crowhurst Hop Farm. Bullen Lane, East Peckham, TN12 5LP. Sign at the gate says Loosley Sectional Buildings and Hygenius. Our gates are at the end of the yard on the left. Parking in the large yard outside gates

We are running a training day for riders and dismounted spectators with Jo Winfield FBHS at Eaglesfield on Saturday March 4th 2017 Jo is an inspirational but practical and sympathetic trainer.Some of you may have attended a training day she ran last year at Hadlow for BHS instructors, which left us all with so many ideas of how to improve our riding, and to be safer and more effective. Limited riding places flat / poles / jumping groups. Applications close 11th Feb Lots of spectator places
